The Lending Section of MMCS Library represents the true spirit of public reading and access to knowledge. Housing an extensive collection that spans history, literature, politics, science, and the arts, it is especially known for its rich assortment of books on India’s freedom movement, biographies of national leaders, and works documenting the country’s social and cultural evolution. Alongside these are popular fiction, classics, and contemporary titles that cater to readers of all interests and ages.
This section continues to uphold the library’s founding purpose - to make reading accessible to everyone. Borrowers and casual visitors alike find in its shelves a living record of ideas that shaped India’s journey, as well as stories that inspire new generations to think, question, and imagine.
